Pre-Site Visit: We will connect with your candidate prior to an interview or site visit. We learn more about what would be important for the candidate (and their family) to consider relocating to the community.
Site Visit: While hosting a candidate, include a highly customized community tour - approximately two hours - in the candidate visit itinerary (family members welcome/encouraged) to join. We will connect them with what THEY are seeking in a community - and more!
Visit follow-up: We will followup with the candidate after the visit, to see if there are any remaining questions or concerns. Open communication with spouses or partners is welcomed.

Personal attention to relocation.
Congratulations - You’ve made an offer! Connecting the newly hired with movers, rentals, realtors, trailing spouse/partner employment, schools, churches, clubs, and hobbies. Whatever is needed to support an easier move.
retain
Build an engagement strategy.
Your candidate’s partner in community on-boarding. Together with the new hire we will create a three to six month goals-centered and experience-building community immersion plan for the hire and family. Continuous review, follow up, and evaluation of our plan.
